About the Event
Breathe. Heal. Move and dance in a fully embodied expressive way.
Bring your yoga mat, be in a comfortable attire and get ready to do some healing breathing and movements to celebrate your growth journey as we come to the end of the year.
7:30 - 9 pm: Special breathing and movement session with Dr Oberdan and DJ Dr Foo on the deck
(It is best to avoid a heavy stomach before coming).
Dr Foo will take us on a gratitude journey of soothing to tribal upbeat sounds.
9 - 10 pm: Be merry and ready to mingle. Light F&B provided.
