Ananda in the Himalayas is located in a former Palace Estate, in the Himalayan foothills, spanning across 100 acres of lush grounds and gardens.ย 

The heart of Ananda lies in its 25,000 square foot spa, with nature views, and a range of Ayurvedic and international therapies for holistic cleansing of the body, mind, and soul.ย

HOW TO GET THERE By Air: There are frequent flights from Delhi International Airport to Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun. Flight time is 45 minutes followed by a 40 min picturesque drive to Ananda in the Himalayas.

Vistara, Indigo, Spice Jet and Air India operate daily flights from Delhi to Dehradun. Please check their updated schedules on their respective websites.ย

By Train: Daily trains operate from Delhi. The train journey takes 4.5 hours from Delhi to Haridwar followed by a 90 minute drive to Ananda in the Himalayas. Please check updated train schedules on www.irctc.co.in


By Helicopter: Ananda in the Himalayas can organise helicopter transfers from Delhi and other specific locations to Ananda. The journey from Delhi to Anandaโ€™s private helipad (5 minutes away) takes approximately 2 hours. Please contact Ananda Reservations (reservations@anandaspa.com) for further information.


Drive From New Delhi: The drive to Ananda from Delhi takes approximately 4-5 hours depending on traffic conditions.ย 

Please note that the car transfers can be provided for pick-up or drop from the Railway Station or Airport.

Single Room: USD 10,156 per pax


Double Room: USD 16,150 per room ie USD 8,075 per pax


This includes all meals during the 8-day, 7-night retreat, a personalised consultation with Ananda's ayurvedic doctor on arrival, 5 personalised Ananda treatments, all Ananda complimentary group activities and OM-Wellness Process 2.5 days programme.

DAY 7 - Saturday 3rd May 2025: Full day OM-Wellness Process Workshops & Exercises - Creating New Habits & Future Goals.

DAY 8 - Sunday 4th May 2025: Departure. Check-out 11 am.

IMPORTANT!!!

Due to the physical nature of the programme, we are not able to accept participants who are pregnant or who have experienced the following conditions:

  • Epilepsy

  • High blood pressure (in case of prescription medication)

  • Coronary heart disease (e.g. Angina Pectoris; Stable Angina)

  • Kidney failure

  • A history of serious health issues like heart failure or stroke

  • Raynaud's syndrome (Type II)

  • Shortly after a surgical operation

  • Cold urticaria

  • Severe asthma


If you are concerned about any health condition, please consult a medical doctor before signing up for the programme.

You MUST COMPLETE the sign up process to confirm your place at the workshop. Failure to complete the sign up process will result in your name being removed from the participants' list.

Upon completing the purchaseย you will immediately receive a confirmation email, which will include the URL to the sign up process. This should take about 15 minutesย to complete.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Participants unable to attend the programme will be reimbursed as follows:

  • 61 days or more before the retreat: 100% refund.

  • 46 to 60 days before the retreat: 80% refund.

  • 45 days or less before the retreat: No refund.


The retreat requires a minimum of 10 participants by 15 March 2025ย to proceed. If this minimum is not met, all bookings will be fully refunded. Cancellations initiated by participants after 15 March 2025ย are non-refundable.


We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the programme if the minimum participant requirement is not met. In the event of cancellation, a full refund of programme fees will be issued.


Please note, we are not responsible for any consequential losses, including travel or accommodation costs, arising from cancellations. While we aim to provide at least two weeksโ€™ notice for cancellations, cancellations with shorter notice due to force majeure circumstances may be necessary. We will not be held liable for such instances.
