APPLYING TO CREW
Thank you for your interest in crewing at our live events. We appreciate your support of our mission!
Upon receiving your interest request, we will get in contact with more information. We encourage you not to make any non-refundable reservations without receiving written approval for you to crew a specific event.
In order to provide an outstanding experience fro everyone involved, we review all requests with the following criteria in mind:

You must have attended, as a participant with a ticket in your name, the event that you are requesting to crew

You must have attended or crewed any event within the last 5 years

You must have attended or crewed the event you are requesting to crew within the last 7 years

A satisfaction guarantee of any event disqualifies you to crew that event

Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must

You must be at least 18 years of age on the day that crew for the event begins
We evaluate requests based on the following criteria:

Preference is given to active crew members (the more you crew, the more likely it is for you to be approved)

Preference is given to veteran crew who have crewed within the last 18 months
-
Preference is given to participants who have attended any event within the last 18 months

Cancellations or no-shows of previous crew requests reduce the strength of your application
